"Outstanding customer service! Always professional, but with that hometown, personal feeling. Everyone I have ever dealt with in Julie's office over this 11 years, has always been so polite and friendly. They immediately helped me with whatever question or problem i've had. On a personal note: 5 years ago, when my husband passed away suddenly, several of the women in the office would call, to check in, see how i was doing, did i need anything, and just listen , as they knew i was having a very hard time. Never in my life had i experienced such true Kindness and Grace from, well, strangers, people i only knew from paying my monthly bill over the phone. They kept calling for the better part of a year! I was always glad to hear from them and always felt better after we'd hung up. They helped me through the absolute worst time in my life, and I am eternally grateful. I pay that forward now in little ways each day. Hoping to spread the kindness and grace they gave to me. "Short version: Wow the crew at this office is amazing and extremely helpful. Quickly choose to stop out!! Long version: Since joining the State Fram family in late April the team has been extremely helpful. From the initial quote process to going live with my auto and renters policies it was a smooth transition. Sometimes we think the initial experience is good just because they want your business but the team has not lost the edge of operational excellence since day 1. I have stopped bye several times during the last 6 months and each time they have the same warm and welcoming atmosphere despite being busy or the time of day. It’s great to see smiling team members ensuring each person is quickly greeted and treated like family. The office decor is very appealing and unique. Kudos to the design team too. Recently, I reached out to the team since I was having issues with downloading/printing my next 6 months insurance cards and the team seamlessly took care of my needs.They had them ready for pick up, folded, and in their red protective holders. This was another over the top experience. In closing , if you are looking to make the transition in your insurance needs and not stop by the office. If not, you would be selling your self short of excellent customer service and great team work."
