"Amazing company they work with you like the situation I’m currently going through they are working with me so I don’t lose my coverage they are doing so much more then any other company ever has Kristin has been a huge help no matter if I text in or call in she always helps to the best she can I couldn’t ask for a better company yes it’s a little pricey but you know what I’m ok with that because I view I’m paying for amazing service and will not leave this company I will remain here as long as I can they are great people if your looking for a new insurance company I strongly recommend statefarm"

"I came from Patrick Starlepers office in MD, switched to this one and have not been happy with their service at all. I wish I never switched to this office. I take issue with their professionalism, organization, apathy and transparency. I should not be finding out price increases and being asked for more money after I commit to this office. Automated text messages when I opt for phone call or email due to prevalence of scammers who use text messages to phish. When I sign up for auto pay, I should not be charged late fees when they decide not to issue the auto payment then lazily contact me by text message when I never gave them permission to do so."
